Dr. Huijuan Wu is an Assistant Director of Sustainability at Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA). She was previously a research fellow at the Institute of Water Policy, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. Huijuan’s research focuses on water resources management, water security in the context of climate change, and integrated sustainability assessment by using indicators and indices.

Huijuan holds a DPhil in Engineering Science and an MSc in Water Science, Policy and Management from the University of Oxford. She was a Shell Centenary Scholar (2009-2010) and a SPORE Scholar (2010-2014).
